Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations:
Flamingo ships products to all locations within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the product. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
Express Shipping: Available for select locations. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch. Additional charges may apply for express shipping.
5. Dispatch and Delivery:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday through Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
6. Delivery Issues:
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address, Flamingo is not responsible for any delays or miss-deliveries. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete with correct pin-code.
Missing or Damaged Shipments: If your shipment is missing or damaged upon delivery, please contact our Customer Support at support@flamingohealth.com or call 1800-22-9978 within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Shipping Restrictions:
Restricted Areas: We may not be able to deliver to certain remote or restricted areas. If delivery to your location is not possible, we will inform you and offer a full refund or an alternative solution.
8. Change of Shipping Address:
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible. We will make efforts to update your address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
9. Shipping Carrier:
Flamingo uses reputable courier services for all deliveries. The choice of carrier may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
1. Overview:
Flamingo offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for customers who prefer to pay in cash at the time of delivery. This option is available for select locations.
Flat Rs.50/- is applicable on all COD order and COD charges is non-refundable.
2. Availability:
COD is available for orders placed within India. The availability of COD depends on the delivery location and may vary.
3. Order Confirmation:
Upon selecting COD as your payment method, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS, including details of your order and expected delivery date.
4. Payment:
The total amount payable, including shipping charges (if applicable), must be paid in cash to the delivery person at the time of delivery. We do not accept payments by cheque, card, or any other payment method for COD orders.
5. Order Modification or Cancellation:
Orders with COD payment cannot be modified or cancelled once they are dispatched. If you need to cancel an order, please do so before dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues:
Incorrect Payment: If the correct amount is not paid at the time of delivery, the delivery will be withheld until the correct amount is provided.
7. Refunds for COD Orders:
Refund Process: If a refund is required for a COD order, it will be processed to your bank account. Please provide your bank account details for processing the refund.
Processing Time: Refunds for COD orders will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of return and receipt of the returned product in the condition outlined in our return policy.
