Returns & Exchanges
1. Return/Replacement/Exchange Options:
- Flamingo offers the option of exchange, replacement, or refund under this policy.
- Returns, replacements, or exchanges are available within 7 working days after receipt of the product.
- Returns/replacements/exchanges are provided if the product received is damaged / defective or if there is a size issue.
2. Return/Replacement of the Flamingo product will only happen in the following circumstances
a. In-case of product defected โ
- Any manufacturing defect or in transit damaged should be communicated to Customer care within 48 hrs after receipt of the product with open video and after proper analysing we will inform the next procedure for replacement.
b. In-case of exchange of size -
- Correct Product: The product should match the name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code as listed, and the MRP tag should be intact and visible.
- Complete Product: All in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combos (if any) must be included.
- Unused Product: The product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, free from stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged, free from scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
- Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging/box should be undamaged.
3. Pick-up or Replacement:
- In case of defective product, company will arrange reverse pick up. Please ensure original product packaging and invoice copy send together.
- In case Size issues, customer need to courier original product with packaging and invoice at the below mentioned address and courier expense will be bear by customer.

4. Refund Policy:
- Processing Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned product is received by Flamingo in the condition outlined in the return/replacement policy.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days from the date the return conditions are met.
- COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed to a bank account within 7-10 working days from the date the return conditions and bank details (if applicable) are fulfilled.
- Bank Account Refunds (COD Orders): For COD orders, if you prefer a refund to a bank account, please provide your bank account details.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order at any time before dispatch.
- Post-Dispatch: Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. However, you may choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep.
- Seller Cancellation: In the event Flamingo cancels the order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
- Discretionary Cancellation: Flamingo reserves the right to accept or decline the cancellation of any order at any time.
